We want to show more detailed metrics per operator for both the Explorer (context pane) and the Overview (expanded list entries).
In particular, we care about the following metrics initially:
Total outbound events or bytes
Rate of outbound events or bytes per second
Time scheduled
We also want to consider creating a graph of events or bytes over time, with events maybe being shown per schema.

- [ ] Agree on the design for the Explorer.
- [ ] Agree on the design for the Overview page.
- [ ] Make the metrics available for pipelines.
- [ ] Implement the changes in the app.
