Different behaviour when refreshing with F5 and `rf` #12

F5 moves the scrollbar to the top while rf does not.

Team's Response

The main functionality of the rf or F5 function is to refresh the page. So long as this functionality is achieved, there is no issue with whether the page reloads with the scrollbar at the top of the list or not. This is not a bug and we have concluded that it is a redundant issue.
