Robot Arm #16

This is of the highest priority.

We only have up to 3 days of use of the arm till it needs to be returned.

What needs to be done:

 * Arduino Code
 * Wiring to Arduino - soldering, etc.
 * Python Script - for 4 axis joystick control
 * Testing

As mentioned above, Ms. Eggins want's it back before the end of school. But if 
we can achieve the above, then we might get an extended time frame.

LOL returned, um no :D took an age to build we are playing with it b4 it goes 
back into a dusty hole.

Bring the arm to my house on SUNDAY the 23rd.  We can have an Arduino sesh. :p
