[x] Start a small break timer after finish an interval
[x] Start a long break timer after finish a certain amount of interval
[x] Have a setting in the setting component to set the certain amount of interval

finish a pomodoro interval -> toggle the short break button finish a break -> toggle back to pomodoro interval

let's focus on small break first

long break?
