This user story (Listing appointments by chronological order) is not a must have (***), as the user is still able to utilise all the key functionalities of the app. At most, this will inconvenience the user slightly as he has to look all the current appointments to find the one he is interested in.

No, our team decided this feature is a must-have as what the user needed was to "keep track of [their] UPCOMING appointments".

Appointments need to be listed in chronological order in order to see which ones are upcoming and which ones have passed / are further away and do not need preparation yet.

If the user has many appointments and many clients, it is not practical to scroll through all appointments per client as it defeats the purpose of being able to track appointments in the first place.

If we did not have this feature as a must-have, it would simply be a feature flaw.

Reason for disagreement:

In the user stories, there is another story that allows the user to view appointment information. This is sufficient to ensure that the user is aware of all appointment details.

Listing appointments in chronological order is have nice to have feature since it allows the user to quickly realise which is the upcoming appointment. It is not a must have feature since the user can still view all appointment information and find out which is the upcoming one manually. At most, this use story will save him some time, but its omission will not prevent him from utilising the app.

Therefore, I believe that this user story should be a nice to have feature rather than a must have feature.
