Phone numbers can be shorter than 8 digits

Using add n/t p/123 e/test@u.nus.edu th/test, I am able to add a student with a phone number that is shorter than 8 digits, and that should not be allowed as numbers are usually 8 digits in Singapore, and the app should warn me if i mistakenly add phone numbers that are not 8 digits.
