Find command result display should be singular when there is only 1 person #4

When find shows 1 person, it should say "1 person listed" instead of "persons".

Thank you for the input. However, we would like to refer to CS2103T's website on minor grammar errors.

As shown in the image above, "a grammar bug can be marked as response.NotInScope if it doesn't hinder the reader". As reading 1 person or 1 persons does not hinder users from using our application, we would hence like to label it as being not in scope.
