Settings layout not updated when widgets are hidden

Regression in 2.4.

Test with the GenericFlex, which is part of my DrivenByMoss extension.

If you hide settings the layout is no longer optimized. See the screenshots from 2.3 and 2.4.

BTW: I think that also the category heading should be removed if it contains only hidden elements. genericflexi2 3 genericflexi2 4

Seems there are more bugs with elements. Again with GenericFlexi:

Number greater "9" nine are truncated to "n"
Other drop downlists are also truncated a lot Seems there is some wrong calculation of the element width going on:
