Track selection not updated on device on page change when created via browser #271

Happens with hierarchical track banks using siblings.

1) Create 8 tracks in Bitwig 2) Add a 9th track by clicking on the "+" in the track list and selecting an instrument device from the browser. 3) The controller still shows tracks 1-8 but should show the 9th.

On the controller the 9th track is selected but the page is not adjusted, so it seems the connected cursor device (via followTrack) gets not updated. Can be tested e.g. with Push 2, also in the simulator.
