update README.md clear cache #27

I found out that if we just add and push every 12 hours, it may cause the push out README to have a different result than the new TEMPLATE if the user changes their TEMPLATE again. So every time we push a new version of README, we need to CLEAR the old version.

I want to make sure that this Instruction doesn't cause some unknown errors.

It's not clear to me what the issue is and how this solves it. If you can point me to a commit that did something unexpected and this PR solves it, that would be great.
