Session Neighbor Limit Variable Being Ignored #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When setting the customizations through the web or command line, 
they are being ignored.
2. The default settings were always used
3. This applied to the neighbor limit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expectation is to have the selected number of neighbors appear in the
export. This is not happening, and the default is always being used.

Fixed in revision 52 of source code.
