Hi Seonghoon,
thanks a lot for the contribution. As you mostly changed your own things and added new files to the grouping directory, I will potentially do functionality tests only to speed things up. Will still need a bit more time. But looks really good so far.

We have added the Fluid Fermionc Fragments technique recently published in Quantum 7, 889 (2023). Tutorial related to this addition has also been added (please see pull-request for tequila-tutorial).
