should update manifest to target teracy-dev v0.6.0-a5 #47

it's expected to raise the target version to v0.6 (stable final version) so that we can use new features.

so teracy-dev-core v0.4.0 will work with teracy-dev v0.6.0-a5 or later but not v0.7.0 or later.

I'll keep this issue open until teracy-dev v0.6.0-a5 is released and the manifest is updated with that released version.
