git sync should work in multi language with all recent git versions #586

currently, git >=2.2.0 is supported only. We need to support more recent versions if impossible with all.

when it's confirmed that using LANGUAGE works with all git versions (with or without locale built into the git distribution), we'll need to release v0.6.0-a7 to replace the improper fix from v0.6.0-a6
