Multiple visual glitches/artifacts in the new table

Split issues to own tickets where needed, I am not exactly sure what are related to each other

First: Very, very fast dropdown element flashing on the bottom left that is hard to capture on 20fps video but very easy to see on 144hz monitor

Second: avg numbers flashes briefly while recalculating

Third: Graph animations can be glitchy when switching around them

Fourth: Scatter chart slightly reorders itself when toggling settings menu or clicking scatter chart mode again which is even more noticeable
