Investigate if interpreter groups are related.

In this notebook if you switch the default to markdown, it adds two new interpreters in the list. Those extra interpreters are marked to be in the markdown interpreter group. http://iris-tg2.qa.teragrep.org:8080/#/notebook/2GYWAZ14X
