Problems with column visibility and output clearing when same user watches the notebook on different browsers #212

On the video, I'm accessing Teragrep with the same user account on firefox and chrome at the same time. Teragrep thinks there's two watcher's on same notebook even if it's only one user.

There's certainly problems with the collaboration implementation.

The same happens even if the usernames are different. There's some problems with notebook clearing as well (see issue #50).
