Description Add a new UI message for cases when a user is already logged in but don't have permissions to see linked notebook. Something like:
Title: Insufficient priviledges Message: You don't have access rights to this notebook. Please contact the notebook owner.
The user shouldn't be able to close the modal. Instead, the modal should redirect the user back to home when clicked a button in modal-footer.
