Description This is a parallel issue to the new filesystem implementation in the zep_01.

Use case or motivation behind the feature request The new implementation of the feature requires a new implementation of the UI, which will represent the feature and allow user to use it.

Additional context The feature implementation includes new endpoints and redesign of the file structure display in the UI.

Current implementation requires these steps:

[x] Design new endpoints and dataflow
[x] Design new system of the files representation
[x] Implement a test stand
[x] Implement the representation elements
[x] Implement endpoints for filesystem manipulation in the elements
[ ] Refactor and replace old system with new in the functional parts of the UI
[ ] Implement testing for the new code

[x] Implement centralized data service
[x] Implement prototype in home page
[x] Refactor modals for the new actions
[ ] Implement prototype in navbar
[ ] Adjust the tests for home, navbar and modal controllers
[ ] Complete tests for the new code
