HostNames are not sent to DB #7

HostName field is not populated at the moment, but should be done

Trying to figure out the steps to reproduce; hostName field is populated after fixing a slight problem in cfe_31 #3

Problem was with the Host class' HostOptional bad constructing, the fix was done in #3.

Marking as invalid ticket and moving to done.
