v0.62.0 - Add autorecovery support

  • Adds autorecover to job (defaults to false)
  • Adds a new option (pending) to recovered_slice_type to execution config
  • BREAKING Remove support for emitting slicer:execution:update add API for updating just metadata portion on the execution via context.apis.executionContext.setMetadata(key: string, value: any): Promise<void>
  • Adds support for updating the metadata for the execution
  • Adds a new slice state pending
  • Add a new execution state recovering
  • Fixes an issue with messenger server shutdown logic that can prevent hanging process (execution controller or cluster master)
  • BREAKING Moves the "is recoverable" validation from SlicerCore and puts it in the execution controller.
