list of things to do in the future due to converting teraslice to typescript:

[ ] several parts are left with type any and some TODO left (most are type based), most of this is due to this issue
[ ] remove lodash as core deps to teraslice, insert needed functions into utils which is where we keep and managed outside deps for the most
[ ] refactor elasticsearch-api as there is some issue with that as that as well
[ ] convert packages to esm modules eventually, so that we can update packages
