update e2e image name to include node version

This PR makes the following changes:

• e2e image will now have node version appended. Example: teraslice-workspace:e2e-nodev18.18.2
• Kubernetes e2e test will use the K8s class instead of execa scripts.
• Refactor variable names, typescript type names, etc
• Teraslice port is treated as a string until it needs to be a number for type compliance.
• Bump scripts from 0.71.0 to 0.71.1.
• Bump e2e from 0.3.0 to 0.3.1
