Terafoundation connector removal #3577

remove legacy elasticsearch from terafoundation, elasticsearch-store and elasticsearch-api
remove mongoose, redis and statsd references
remove legacy test code

I looked through this a bit today but realized that Joseph is also editing the validate-config-spec. So if you address the merge conflicts @jsnoble I will accept your PR first before Joseph's PR tomorrow. I realize you're probably done for the day, so you can sync up with him in the morning.
