Use the dynamic menu provided by LMS #29

Replace the hardcoded menu with the one retrieved from the server.

Are you still working on this? And would it than be possible to use/control Spotify (Spotty Plugin)?

Hi! Yes, but don't have time now to work on it. It's half done. I've never used that plugin, but it should work.
