Use new Japanese name each time a new person joins

• If not all the Japanese names are used yet, pick an unused one.
• If all Japanese names are used already, than just pick any name.
• Make sure usernames that are being generated for new users (which also include numbers) are unique (repeat the process of username generation up to several times in case of collisions).
