Should bot support stickers? #42

What do you mean "support"? They should be allowed at the very least. Should they be interpreted/indexed/searched? Depends on the concept (we are in the process of figuring the concept out).

Stickers are now supported. We don't do any kind of nlp at the moment, however (ES is not used).
