This is needed because the way we are hacking PTB to work in lambda seems to be not very reliable (problems with the way PTB uses Persistence).

Yeah, we definitely should switch to python-telegram-bot-raw... No hacking!

Doing #111 will eliminate the need of worrying about this issue...
