Store "bot-update" id of a thought when indexing in ES? #78

"uXXXX_YYYY" (where YYYY is uuid according to how it is stored in s3; uuid to be relied upon for distinguishing between bots) ?
"uXXXX_YYYY_bZZZZ" (the same as above but with ZZZZ being the bot id) ?
