With this PR, the eodal_basetiffs package comes with a proper command-line interface (#4). Its functionality has been made more generic so that Sentinel-2 and Landsat 1-9 should be supported out of the box (Landsat is untested, this will be addressed by the subsequent PR). Moreover, I tried to improve the organization of the code and make it more modular and re-usable.
