Specifically find out about the people who are involved in the process in more details. i.e.: Whenever a material is received which person receives the materials and who receives the Envio paper, etc.

The Accessories Team consists of:

1. Nery Morales: Supervisor
2. William Santiago: Admin. side
3. Rosy Gonzales, Fredy Godoy: Counting inventory & Delivery of Material
4. Jonathan Martinez: Inspection

While there is no specific person who requests accessories, the people in charge of the lines are the ones who come to the office with an Envio paper to request accessories.

In todays visit to the factory, I have answered the questions specified above and therefore have a more clear understanding of the process. This is a sketch of how it is basically, but for further details please refer to the OneNotes notes linked at the botom of this comment.

Today I synthesized all the information I learned to make a Flow chart of the overall process of when accessories materials arrive. Here is the diagram:

I checked the diagram above with Rosy Gonzales (for the Production side) and Wendy Gonzales (for the Post-Production side) to check if the overall processes are correct and they have approved it. I will wait until Monday 29th to present this information to the office side so that it is approved to close this issue
