Swaps domain and range functionality #110

This address #105 - the Domain of a function is the input / independent variable / X-Axis of a chart, but this library uses the term to refer to the range, and vice-versa.

I did my best to search through the repository's source to edit all references to domain / range and flip them.

This is a breaking change, from a behavior standpoint, but no signatures have changed.
