Internet Explorer Sizing #67

I was unable to get the sizing to work correctly in IE.

In chrome the attached elm appears to work well, but in IE, not so much. I will probably not be using your tool due to this problem, but if you wanted some things to look at, here is is a sample that worked differently in two different browsers (I used chrome vs. IE 11) iesucks.txt
