Any plan for implementing a timeline chart? #71

I specifically would need to do something like this: img-2017-08-15-044903

So the minimum features would be:

Horizontal bars
Labels axis as Y axis
Grouped in "swim lanes" per label
Time axis as X axis
Individual label per bar

Advanced features I would need too are:

Horizontal and vertical scroll
Toggle to follow/unfollow current time

The use case is to show jenkins builds.

Btw I'm totally up to opening a PR for it.
