This plugin requires cordova-plugin-file@^5.0.0 could we get that bumped to 6.0.0?

Afaik there were not any breaking changes. Will open a PR when I get a chance.

I am using cordova-plugin-file@^5.0.0 until there is a new release

you can use the command: ionic cordova plugin add --force cordova-plugin-photo-library and then use cordova-plugin-file version 6.0.0
