Hi, Can you please add support for the SAMD51 and SAME51 mcu's.

I do not own any development boards for those MCUs, without it is impossible to add support. Also, I need to free up time for my own projects.

Can I challenge you (or anyone else) to write a driver instead? I can provide some guidance if needed.
