Fix bug 'app.scss' not found #319

This one temporarily turnarounds the problem of "app.css" not found when launching Ramme or refreshing pages. I have simply commented out the lines where the file is recalled. I have tried using it and it seems to work without any problem.

Try running standard --fix first, so CI can finish the build. Also, I'll try to have a look at the issue tomorrow. Will follow updates on #275.
