New release? #47

Now that #44 has been merged could you publish a new release? I'm currently installing from master and would like to be on a version number before I move to production.

terkelg commented 5 years ago

The problem is that the master currently is broken and I don't have the time to look at it

RedHatter commented 5 years ago

Really? It's been working fine for me. What's broken about it?

terkelg commented 5 years ago

Glad to hear that. Some tests are failing on the CI for some reason – not sure why but I haven't had the time to work on it. @lukeed started looking into it here #42

RedHatter commented 4 years ago

Any update on this?

terkelg commented 4 years ago

Yes! I'm currently working on a new version of tiny glob – hopefully I'll be done in a few weeks. I'm fixing a lot of edge cases and known issues

terkelg commented 4 years ago

@RedHatter Globrex needs a complete rewrite. That's why it's taking longer than expected. I'll let you know when I need testing - It could be helpful to have a few people review it

RedHatter commented 4 years ago

Not to be a bother, but it's been a few months now any progress?

terkelg commented 4 years ago

You're not bothering at all! I'm working on it every day. Currently started writing tests. It's a bigger project than I anticipated. All dependencies are getting rewritten from scratch. I'm writing a new glob-parser, glob-to-regex transformer and new tiny-glob in TypeScript. It's a big project and I'm not working on it full time. There are a lot of edge cases but the parser is very promising and seems to be more robust than other glob/matching libraries out there.

Looks like #44 was released in 0.2.7 so this issue can probably be closed 🙂
