5.1.2 is not released to maven #116

5.1.3 is neither released on maven nor on GitHub.

I am sorry, it was a poor joke and only meant as a suggestion to release 5.1.3 .... Now, I am using a version of lazysodium-java that has a feature that is not released yet (also not in 5.1.2). I would prefer to use a version that has been released to maven.

So ... is there any chance that this will happen?
