nova-manage is missing some core functionality #551

I am playing around with nova-manage right now, it is not possible to ...

list defined roles, a command like 'nova-manage roles list' is missing, only "add", "has" and "remove"
delete defined networks - I can define new networks but not delete them like "nova-manage network delete"
list defined volumes, a command like "nova-manage volume list" is missing

(by rcc) I added the ability to delete networks as per https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/722982 . I'm now having a look at listing roles, will engage with listing volumes once I'm done.
