Add Mobius Optics migration support #19

There are 1:1 migration contracts for Optics v1 to v2

lg, can you merge with the other one and i will merge this. since contract is verified already no need for me to re-deploy.

I think its still nicer if you did another deploy, cus my deployed one is slightly messier than the final version. It's better for the source code in github to match the deployed line for line.
