make all Vagrantfiles be valid files that work as expected

Currently the Vagrant boxes ending in "full" don't give you a full box inf run in a normal way.

This is because the repo was built to create the boxes. This is a "chicken and egg problem".

Now that the boxes have been built we should clean of this tech debt.
