Do not use contao.insert_tag.parser in 4.9 #24

Hello all, it would be great if the fix finds its way into a new release soon. We use the module in several Contao 4.9 projects and have to switch to PHP 8 due to our hoster. Thanks in advance!

Looks like this is already fixed in main.
