Feature request: Compatibility to "contao-conditionalformfields" #40

Thank you for the brilliant extension!

The extension "contao-conditionalformfields" does not work together with "contao-mp_forms" if a condition on the second page depends on a value on the first page.

That would be a very nice feature.

@heimseiten as a temporary workaround: insert a hidden field on the form step with the same field name and value (dynamic, eg. insert tag) that is needed for the query...

Closing this because it's actually conditionalformfields that has to adjust to support mp_forms. But I'm about to implement the feature. See terminal42/contao-conditionalformfields#40 for further updates.
