Not working when the page only contains an explanation widget #72

Since Version 5.0 going to the next page isnt working anymore, when the form page only contains an explanation widget.

The redirect to the next page is followed by a redirect to the previous page.

Adding a hidden field fixed the problem.

I encountered the same issue with a Version 4.13.30 installation. Adding another (input-) field solves the problem. Adding another explanation-widget doesn't change anything.
