Motherboard supports Resizable Bar but it doesn't work #101

System

Motherboard: Qiyida X99-D4
BIOS Version: American Megatrends Inc. 5.11
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2060
[x] CSM is turned off. Make sure to confirm this in the BIOS and not with GPU-Z or similar since it can be inaccurate
[x] 4G decoding is enabled. Make sure to confirm this in the BIOS and not with GPU-Z or similar since it can be inaccurate
[x] UEFIPatch is applied (see Using UEFIPatch for more information). On some motherboards DSDT Patching is also needed
[x] I have read Common issues (and fixes)

Description

Not an issue, just a simple question: must I have apply the patch although all is enabled as you can see in the following screenshot?

BTW GPU-Z informs that Resizable Bar in BIOS is disabled:

Sure it's because that GPU doesn't support Resizable Bar but I want to be sure before I flash the patched BIOS.

After patching the BIOS still doesn't work. Screenshot of NvStrapsReBar:

I'm dumb: after reconfigure it (NvStrapsReBar) again with the E option now Resize Bar is enabled!
