Is there a way to enable Resizable Bar(ReBAR) on GTX 1080 Ti?

The Resizable Bar(ReBAR) activation posted here is for GTX 1600, RTX 2000.
My system is using motherboard ASRcok Z390 Taichi, GPU GTX 1080 Ti.
I would like to know if there is a way to apply NvStrapsReBar posted here to my GTX 1080 Ti.
If there is a way, please share it.
