Have u "patched" the saved mod.image with the UEFI_Patcher tool? If you've already done this, than u probably have to flash the modded BIOS file with a modded flashing tool, wich ignores mismatching bios files.
I encountered this exact issue so I flash it using AFUDOS. not sure if it will work on your board since I did it on TUF B450M PRO GAMING.

there's nothing to patch.

i can't find any binaries for AFUDOS anywhere nor any instructions.

There is a youtube resource that includes the source file and also the instruction on how to AFUDOS.

i followed that but it doesn't work, AFUDOS does not open.
Asus bios images have ways of detecting whether it's modded or not. I had the same problem with my board. The easiest solution is to buy a CH341A Programmer. This will force a bios on to the chip with no interruptions. In my case, I used a raspberry pi I had lying around and it worked for me using flashrom.
@MrAnonymous7122 Is there a manual for doing that?
You can look up ch341a tutorial for your specific model. However I didn't consider that afudos or ubu may also work so you could try those before you buy a ch341a.
System
UEFIPatch is applied (see Using UEFIPatch for more information). On some motherboards DSDT Patching is also needednot needed on AM4Description header search for PciBus returns 2 results: i added NvStrapsReBar.ffs to the end of both volumes and saved the image file. when i tried flashing the saved image file, i got an error from EZ Flash 3 which said "Selected file is not a proper BIOS!". i also tried BIOS FlashBack but that resulted in a solid green light and nothing changing.
