Get consensus on whether and how we should use this repository for the terminusdb GitHub organization.

According to the docs, we can consider using this repository for sharing the following files across all of the repositories under https://github.com/terminusdb:

If this is approved and found to be useful, we can basically clone this repository for other GitHub organizations.
