FAIR Cookbook Recipe (a learning medium) #16

We want to be able to say that particular FAIR cookbook recipes confer practical skills/knowledge about particular DS technical concepts. Recipes are identified by their URL, but in order to talk about them I think we may need to create a class called FAIR Cookbook Recipe for which the individual recipes can be instances. image

This is just a thought at the moment - how would be best to implement this?

As relates to #22, we will create a class within learning medium that is a FAIR Cookbook recipe.
